At Cherub Baby, we want your little ones to love their new outfits as much as you do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the nearest authorized carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
